How much does a website cost?

Our packages start at £499 for a Starter site, £1,499 for Growth and £2,999 for our full Premium build. Enterprise partnerships are priced on request. All prices are one-off, no monthly agency fees. Hosting and domain costs are separate and we discuss these upfront.

Do I have to pay everything upfront?

No. We take a 50% deposit when we start work and the remaining 50% is due on launch day. We never ask for full payment before we've done any work.

Are there any ongoing fees?

Our design and build fees are one-off. You will need to pay for hosting (typically £5–15/month) and domain renewal (typically £10–15/year) separately. We help you set these up and are transparent about the costs before you commit.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes. If you start on a Starter site and want to expand it later, we can quote for adding pages or features. We'll always tell you upfront what it will cost before doing any work.

How long does it take to build my site?

Starter sites typically take 5–7 working days. Growth sites take 10–14 days. Premium and custom projects are scoped individually. We always agree a timeline before starting and stick to it.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your logo (if you have one), any photos or images and an idea of what you want to say. We can help you write copy and suggest free stock photography if needed.

Will I be able to update the site myself?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the platform we build on. For most small business sites we use platforms that are easy to update yourself. We also offer a monthly maintenance service from £49/month if you'd rather not deal with it.

How many revisions do I get?

Starter: 1 round. Growth: 3 rounds. Premium: unlimited. A revision round means you give us all your feedback at once and we implement everything.

Will my site work on mobile?

Accepted Answer

Yes, always. Every site we build is fully responsive, it looks great on phones, tablets and desktops. We test on real devices before handing anything over.

Do you do SEO?

Accepted Answer

Basic SEO is included in all packages, page titles, meta descriptions, fast load times and Google Search Console setup. Growth and Premium packages include full SEO optimisation and structured data markup to help you rank for local search terms.

Do you handle hosting and domains?

We help you set everything up but we don't act as a middleman, you keep full ownership and pay providers directly. This means you're never locked in to us.

Can you work with my existing domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you already have a domain we'll connect the new site to it. If you need a new domain we'll help you choose and register one.

Where are you based? Do we need to meet in person?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Edinburgh but work with clients across Scotland, the UK and internationally. Everything can be done remotely. We're happy to meet in person for Edinburgh clients if preferred.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

We work through revisions until you're happy. Before we ever start building we share a design mockup for approval so you know exactly what you're getting before a single line of code is written.
