Are there any ongoing fees?

Our design and build fees are one off. You will need to pay for hosting (typically £5 to 15/month) and domain renewal (typically £10 to 15/year) separately. We help you set these up and are transparent about the costs before you commit.

What’s included in every package

50% deposit: We take half upfront, the rest on launch day. Never full payment before we start.
Fixed price: We agree the scope and the price before we start, so there are no surprise invoices and no charges for scope creep.
You own everything: Your domain, your hosting, your code. Pay up front and you’re never tied to us. On pay monthly the site is yours outright after 24 months.
Running costs: Hosting is £5 to £15 a month and a domain £10 to £15 a year, paid direct to your hosting and domain companies. We set them up and tell you the exact figures before you commit.
Your words and photos: You supply them on Starter and Growth, and we tell you exactly what we need. Want us to write them? We’ll quote a fixed price first. Premium includes copywriting.
Changes after launch: Make basic changes yourself with our short handover guide, or ask us. You’re never stuck waiting for an agency.

Pricing questions

No. We take a 50% deposit when we start work and the remaining 50% is due on launch day. We never ask for full payment before we have done any work.

Yes. A Growth website is available from £250 a month over 24 months (£6,000 in total), with hosting, security, backups, content changes and support included. There’s a 24 month minimum term, and after that the site is yours outright. Bigger sites are priced to match. See pay monthly.

We offer a monthly maintenance service from £150/month if you would rather not deal with updates yourself. This covers plugin updates, security checks, content changes and priority support.
